** A Support Incident charge is billed in 15 minute increments.
*** Pre-paid Annual Support plans include toll free calling. Incidents are deducted from account at 50 incident rate of AimBasic or Non-AimBasic types. Additional incidents may be purchased at 50 incident rate during the 12 month period.
