If you encounter something you think might be a bug, please report it by by filling in a Support request form online. Place the word "Bug" in the Subject field. Describe what you did, what happened, the version of AIM Toolbar and any error messages. The type of computer you have and which operating system you're using would also be helpful along with anything else you think might be relevant.
You will receive an automated response indicating that your bug report has been received and forwarded to the proper person. Unless you request additional information, you will not receive any other response.
