Macros consist of syntax commands and entries that can perform extra functions. They may also contain simple text. (We refer to macros that contain only simple text as automatic text replacement macros.)
Use the Insert Syntax dialog, accessed from the Macro tab, to insert selected syntax commands into the Macro field:
1. Open the Macro tab.
2. Click the Insert syntax button. The Insert syntax dialog box will appear.
3. Choose the command button and click. The command will be inserted into the Macro.
