Aimsoft's AIM Toolbar program is a universal version of the control bars that are increasingly prevalent in today's Windows™ applications. These control bars afford a significant timesaving by allowing you to invoke various program functions with a single mouse click, rather than searching through the menu hierarchy for the operation you want.
The problem is that most of the buttons in these control bars are operation-specific. That is, their functions are predefined and cannot be changed. And in the limited number of programs that do permit some level of Button customization, each control bar employs a unique user interface and different options that must be learned. You have to learn only one interface with AIM Toolbar.
AIM Toolbar is a consistent and customizable control bar that can be embedded into many Windows 32 bit applications. Once attached, it becomes an integral part of the program, positioning itself seamlessly within the application without covering any of your valuable workspace. Once saved, your custom Toolbar will load automatically every time its host application is launched.
With AIM Toolbar, you can select which Buttons are in the Toolbar, what they look like, how many there are, how they are arranged and, most importantly, their functionality. Each Button's purpose is defined by recording a series of actions or events through keyboard and/or mouse inputs. The macros then can be played back simply by clicking on the Button.
If you know how to access application functions, you already know how to automate the process with a macro. All you have to do with AIM Toolbar is start a recording session, perform the task and then terminate recording. You now have a macro to do the job for you with a single mouse click.
You can use Buttons to select a single menu function or to perform multiple tasks. On a more labor-intensive scale, you can automate lengthy procedures like filling in repetitive fields in a standardized form. |
